Men
and women recruited from the Harijan community have formed a bright and
energetic team to spearhead a new high standard of cleanliness on the
streets of Vrindavan. Formerly these people were regarded by some as 'untouchables',
now they are welcomed by all as Vraj Bandhus - friends of Vrindavan.
